What's On Your Mind?

Featuring an undeniable array of talent led by songwriter Jay Denes, the group features two of soul´s finest vocalists, Ada Dyer (Chaka Khan, Roberta Flack) and Catherine Russell (Steely Dan, Cyndi Lauper) alongside hip–hop/soul heavyweights Bob Power (Tribe Called Quest, De La Soul, The Roots), Mark Anthony Jones/ Richard Worth (Nuyorican Soul), Jonathan Maron (Maxwell, D´Angelo) and Genji Siraisi/Dave Jensen (Groove Collective, Repercussions). The end result of their debut full length, "What´s On Your Mind?" is a marriage of the soul heavyweights of the 70´s with an updated groove sensibility that blends seamlessly into the "New Soul" territory driven by the likes of Erykah Badu, Maxwell and D´Angelo.
