The event is an all levels Vinyasa Flow class with Elise Lorimer (Yoga Tree, San Francisco) mixed with freeform dance and a LIVE musical soundtrack by OM Records DJ’s Marques Wyatt (Los Angeles) and J Boogie (San Francisco).
