Fresh off the success of last year’s Social Studies LP, Body Language have returned with a new album, Grammar. This release follows the critically acclaimed debut, “Social Studies”, which earned the approval of everyone from NPR to The New York Times to The Guardian. Like Social Studies, this sophomore release embodies the band’s restless pop experiments with a future-shocked blend of soul and R&B. Or as multi-instrumentalist/ producer Grant Wheeler puts it, “Our world still exists in an indie-disco bubble; we’re just pushing the limits of every genre to point where the bubble’s about to pop”.
You can celebrate this release with the limited edition double disc deluxe package. It contains not only the full album, but also the instrumentals of this beautiful release on two discs along with a poster. Reserve your copy now while supplies last!

It has been an amazing Summer and we at Om Records are proud to present ‘Kaboom’, a single from the new artist on Om’s roster, Louis La Roche . Louis La Roche (Brett Ewels) is a DJ, remixer and producer from Norwich, UK. His work appeared on several compilations from Ministry Of Sound, Modular, Defected, Neon and Annie Mac Presents, and Channel 4’s Skins. Furthermore, Louis has shared the stage with Armand Van Helden, A-Trak, 2ManyDJs and many more. At 22 years old, he is perhaps the next great hero for the British dance music scene.
Louis La Roche delivers Kaboom, a tune that will make everyone bounce with power chords, wow-wow filter sweeps, and classic chi-town-style vocals – all of which come together to create that signature old- school house sound. The second track, ’Funk Trunk Skunk’ is a funky jam with a bouncy Latin-esque beat that still holds true to La Roche’s fun vibes with warm synths. The perfect blend of raspy vocals and blaring horns would liven up any dance floor.
