On the line up, Ilirjana of Apache Beat, Guns in Sun, Paul Tao (Iamsound), Bixel Boys. There will be a very special surprise headliner. You’ll just have to “Wait & See” (hint hint) who the headliner is.
Many of you know him from his amazingly catchy remix for No.19 Music (Art Department)‘s Modern Amusement track, ’Cold As Ice’. We are happy to present Om:cast 21 mixed by Louie Fresco.
If we can define Louie Fresco in one word it would probably be “Versatile”. This multifaceted DJ and Producer from Mexico has single handedly put his hometown Mexicali B.C. on the map with his many original tracks and remixes. Artists like The Crystal Method, Felix Da Housecat, Tommie Sunshine, Art Department, Russ Yallop, Silver Surfer, J Phlip, NASA, John Roman, Lazaro Casanova, Larry Tee, and Junior Sanchez are all names who frequently played his tracks.
His diverse production background includes producing remixes, originals and collabos with the likes of Etienne De Crecy, Tommie Sunshine, Peaches, Felix Da Housecat, Gtronic, Ali Love, Lady Gaga, Young Buck (G-Unit), Lee Foss, John Roman, Russ Yallop, Bunny Lake, Hot Pink Delorean, etc.
Louie sets 2011 as his year with the launch of his own label, MEXA Records, and the release of his first artist album. Louie Fresco’s solo album will be released later this year under Art Department’s No.19 label, with many surprise collabos. He’s also busy at work with remixes coming out soon on Defected, Dim Mak and Om Records.

Germany’s Snuff Crew is a mysterious two-person collective founded in 2008. Their sound is mainly influenced by Chicago house, acid, and italo disco. Since the first 12″ release on Marco Passarani´s label Nature Records, they’ve been releasing original content and remixes for the likes of International Deejay Gigolo Records, Hour House Is Your Rush, Compost Records, Playhouse and of course their own label, Snuff Trax. Amongst their remixes was the gem of a remix they did for the outrageously flamboyant Hard Ton.
