Smoke N’ Mirrors is hitting you with a one-two punch with another release today, this time from house master Pezzner. His new release on Smoke N’ Mirrors, ‘What Have I Done’ is a deep house cut with bouncing bass lines and sharp strings which are guaranteed to heat up any parties this winter.

The real treat comes in the not one BUT TWO mixes from house legend Ian Pooley. The first mix is a classic house jam that has all the pieces you would look for; a funky bass line and funkier chords make this a classic. On the second mix, Pooley uses many of the same elements but modernizes the mix by shuffling up the track and adding some tech to it. Check it out exclusively at BEATPORT .

Remixing a track from such veteran producers as Underworld is no easy task. But when we asked Bay Area native and Dirty Bird producer Christian Martin, he jumped at the chance. Martin takes the big room sounds of the hit single ‘Always Loved a Film’ and turns up the bassline and dubs out the vocals making a highly infectious house banger. Check out the love on XLR8R !

Have a listen below. Look out for a download link coming soon.

Even though Hercules and the Love Affair have not released an album since their debut, front man Andy Butler has not been quiet on the scene by any means. He has been collaborating with Jason Kendig of local DJ collective, Honey Soundsystem as well as starting his own label, MR. INTL.

The debut on that label carries the same name, MR. INTL, and consists of Butler and fellow Herculean, Kim Ann Foxman. The first single ‘Creature/What You Need’ will be released this November 1st and will feature remixes from Faze Action as well as James Curd (Greenskeepers). Have a listen below!
