Prepare yourself to get Carried Away at a “Secret House Party” with the People Under The Stairs. Attention folks of all legal ages, this is the time to come out (no parents allowed) and support a crew that has kept the hope of hip-hop alive over 10 years strong. The P will be bringing a traveling record store with them where you can purchase an exclusive People Under the Stairs record bag and fill it up with vinyl from Thes One and Double K’s collections. In support of their new single, “Beer”,off there latest album, Carried Away, they’ve released a new music video for “Beer” that’s sure to entertain you. Click here to view the music video. “Beer b/w Down in L.A.” comes out on December 14th and will be available on iTunes.

Our friends over at RCRD LBL recently posted a new track from one half Greenskeepers member, James Curd. The track fuses his Chicago boogie roots while infusing an obvious New York disco sound. Its definitely a party starter. Check it out below.

Remixing a track from such veteran producers as Underworld is no easy task. But when we asked Bay Area native and Dirty Bird producer Christian Martin, he jumped at the chance. Martin takes the big room sounds of the hit single ‘Always Loved a Film’ and turns up the bassline and dubs out the vocals making a highly infectious house banger. Check out the love on XLR8R !
