When it comes to blends and mash ups, DJ Zeph reigns supreme. E Da Boss just hipped me to a couple remixes done by fellow bay area and Daly City Records enlisted, Mochipet. Hitting the cusp of glicthed breaks and electro, Mochipet puts his own twist on the club hip hop track making it even more club than before. Also in the package is a nice slowed tempo breaks jam. In support of Black History month; Raashan Ahmad, OM Records and Beyond Cinema proudly present the Give Thanks video from Raa’s solo record The Push. Directed by Byron Chan of Beyond Cinema, this video pays homage to those who had a positive impact on your life. It’s time to give back and say thank you!! We should be grateful for what we have. This song is very inspirational to me and both Raashan Ahmad and D-sharp on the beat killed it.

As a respected and salient Graphic Artist, it’s obvious that the environment, and years of abusing surfaces with aerosol, have definitely influenced his flair. Besides his skill set, it’s the ability to visually transform thoughts into reality that has granted him projects with such notable clients as Adidas, Scion, Om Records, Lyrics Born, Zion-I, and Exact-Science.
Steve is currently working on: expanding FlavorInnovator; stepping into the world of motion graphics with the use of After Effects; perpetuating the need for genuine, artistic elevation in a world overflowing with commercialized waste; and making his daughter proud. Raw art. Pure Fundamentals.
